Wired: 5 stars excellent. What a great lightweight mouse! Tracking is great. Cable included is awesome.
Wireless: totally useless, with included dongle and 4k dongle purchased separately. Skips tracking. I have tried everything. I changed every setting, even mouse pads and different surfaces. It just keeps skipping so it is trash for gaming.
ATK: service has been 4 stars so far. No solution has been provided yet but we'll see! I did message about the problem one week after I received.
Normally, the wireless connection should work perfectly without any issues. It could possibly be related to firmware or signal interference. I've used this one from a friend at his home and I was blown away because it's build quality, responsiveness, touch feeling, click pre and post travel, scrolling wheel, sensor LOD, etc etc etc.. Now I'm buying one for myself and you should do the same
