12-Month Limited Warranty

ATK Gaming Gear products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against any manufacturing or workmanship defects that may arise. It is applicable exclusively to the original end-user purchaser or the individual receiving the product as a gift and cannot be transferred to any other party.
The limited warranty excludes coverage for loss, normal wear and tear, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse/abuse, alteration, or negligence (including, but not limited to, exposure to chemicals, corrosive substances, fire, high temperatures, or sharp objects). Any unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of the product will void this warranty.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you experience any quality or functional issues within 30 days of receiving your product, please contact us promptly at support@atk.pro. Our support team will work closely with you to provide troubleshooting assistance.

If the issue cannot be resolved (video evidence required), you may choose one of the following:

  • Return for Full Refund: We will fully refund your order and cover return shipping costs.
  • Exchange: Return the product to us and we will send a replacement. If you prefer to exchange for a different product, any price difference will be settled accordingly.

Warranty Support

If a defect arises after 30 days but within the 12-month warranty period, we remain committed to assisting you with repair or replacement. Please note:

  • Customers are generally responsible for shipping the product back to us for inspection.
  • Once we receive and verify the defect, we will prioritize sending a brand-new replacement.
  • We will cover shipping costs for sending the replacement product to you.
  • If return shipping costs are prohibitively high, please contact us to explore alternative solutions, such as purchasing a replacement at a discounted factory price (same or similar model).
For warranty claims, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending out the replacement product.
Our support team endeavors to respond to warranty claims via email within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. However, response times may be slightly longer during peak periods or holidays.
