ATK Gaming Gear products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against any manufacturing or workmanship defects that may arise. It is applicable exclusively to the original end-user purchaser or the individual receiving the product as a gift and cannot be transferred to any other party.

The limited warranty excludes coverage for loss, normal wear and tear, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse/abuse, alteration, or negligence (including, but not limited to, exposure to chemicals, corrosive substances, fire, high temperatures, or sharp objects). Any unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of the product will void this warranty.

In the event that your product arrives with a manufacturing defect and is reported within the warranty period, We will gladly provide repair services, with the customer responsible for shipping costs.. Please contact Customer Support at support@atk.pro with a brief description of the issue and photographic evidence of the defect, and our team will assist you accordingly.

For warranty claims, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending out the replacement product.

Our support team endeavors to respond to warranty claims via email within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. However, please understand that as a small team, response times may be slightly longer during peak periods or holidays.
