Use and Redemption

ATK GEAR Gift Cards are available to customers worldwide and can only be redeemed at atk.store. They may be used on products available on the website, including sale items, shipping, and taxes. No minimum purchase is required. Gift Cards may be used with discount codes and promotions.

Balance, Expiration, and Fees

Any unused balance remains on the Gift Card until used. ATK GEAR Gift Cards do not expire. No inactivity, service, or other fees are charged.

Delivery

Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address entered at checkout, immediately after the order is processed. Please check that the email address is correct and check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.

Refunds and Returns

Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law. If an eligible item purchased with a Gift Card is returned, the portion paid with the Gift Card will be credited back to that Gift Card. Any remaining refund will be handled under the applicable refund policy.

Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Please keep your Gift Card code secure. Lost, stolen, disclosed, or unauthorized-use codes will not be replaced or reimbursed, except where required by applicable law. The original purchaser may contact cs@atkgear.com to request that the original Gift Card email be resent. Resending the email does not restore value that has already been used.

Applicable Law

These terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under local law remain unaffected.
