I just gotten my ATK A9 Dragonfly Ultiamte today and it's amazing so far, I'm able to connect with the dongle and the cable. However I'm having an issue where the mouse is having a hard time connecting to bluetooth mode. It shows on ATK Hub that 'Driver cannot recognize Bluetooth mode connection, please use 2.4G receiver or connection cable.' This experience would have been perfect if this wasn't the issue. I've spent 2 hours trying to figure out what's wrong. I followed the article you have for troubleshooting. I did factory reset 5 times on the ATK hub. I updated my bluetooth drivers, uninstalled through device manager and restarted my computer several times. My bluetooth connection is fine, it seems like the mouse isn't able to pair a bluetooth connection. What a shame that they showed a promising mouse but has a common issue like this.

I’ve tried several ATK mice over the years, and this one — the new ATK Ultimate — is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever used. I have large hands, and it fits perfectly without any strain or awkward grip. The shape feels so natural that I can play for hours without fatigue.
The performance is insane — ultra-responsive clicks, flawless tracking, and an incredibly smooth glide. The coating is also a huge win: I tend to have sweaty hands, yet this surface stays dry and grippy at all times.
The aesthetics are top-tier, the build feels premium, and overall it’s just a masterpiece of design and comfort. ATK really nailed it this time.
10/10 — easily my new main mouse.
