Order Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel an order, please make the request before it enters the processing stage. If an order has already been shipped out despite your cancellation request, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs should you still wish to proceed with the cancellation. Once an order has left our warehouse, cancellation is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (confirmed by shipping tracking record)

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost:Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees and customs duties incurred in China are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues:

Please note that we do not accept random returns. Returns are exclusively permitted for products with quality issues that cannot be resolved through technical support. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately at This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and provide appropriate solutions.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Our return policy applies solely to products intended for personal use and does not extend to commercial, rental, or unintended use. Additionally, returns cannot be processed for damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, failure to perform preventive maintenance, or non-compliance with the user manual. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
